This policy applies to registrations made with Vijaylaxmi Infrabuild Private Limited, the private RERA-registered developer of Deen Dayal Plots, Jhajjar. It is not a government refund process, and no government department holds or disburses your registration amount.
Vijaylaxmi Infrabuild Private Limited follows a transparent refund process for the registration and allotment of residential plots at Deen Dayal Plots, Jhajjar, developed under the DDJAY policy framework.
Full refund, no deductions
If you are not successful in the unit allotment process, or if allotment cannot be confirmed for any technical reason, 100% of your registration amount is refunded — with no hidden deductions or cancellation charges.

Refund timeline
Refunds for unsuccessful applications are processed within 15–20 working days from the date of the official allotment announcement.

Mode of refund
The refund is credited to the original source of payment (bank account, credit card, debit card or UPI) used at the time of registration through our secure payment gateway. We do not process refunds to a different account or by cash.

Cancelling before allotment
To withdraw your application before the allotment process begins, send a written request from your registered email ID to info@deendayalplotharyana.net, along with your registration number and mobile number.

Cancelling after allotment
Cancellation requests made after a plot has been allotted are subject to the specific terms agreed at allotment and applicable RERA guidelines. These may differ from the pre-allotment refund terms above, and will be communicated in writing at the time of allotment.
